Service Delivery Manager -P&C:
-Individuals in this role lead one of the processes to achieve operational deliverables.
-Ensure the team meets the accuracy, productivity, and consistency index targets, as agreed with the client and defined in the SLA documents for respective processes, on a monthly basis and report the same to key stakeholders.
-They also conduct regular business reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
-Guide and mentor the team by conducting regular reviews with the team members. Facilitate knowledge sharing and capture within and across groups.
-Ensure the team understands the rationale for business processes and drives external certification as appropriate.
-Responsible for multiple sub- processes under the respective domains for a relevant client account.
-They are accountable for proper resource utilization and financial budgets for the process. -They are responsible for client deliverables and delivering business results in line with targets for the vertical.

-Drive team to achieve process Service Level Agreements/metrics, i.e., productivity and quality targets within the established timelines
-Ensure documented process guidelines are followed; conduct periodical reviews for process adherence Conduct ad-hoc Quality checks.
