Refund Policy
Our refund policy has been devised to define the conditions under which Trigma will provide a refund, we put up with fair evaluation practices and all the refund claims are treated with vigilant parameters to make sure the settlements are justified and jointly agreeable. When you register for any of our services, you are affirming that you accept and acknowledge the refund policy’s terms and conditions.
Coverage & Scope
This Refund Policy will cover Trigma’s action and strategy toward refunds. This Refund Policy does not affect the practices of companies that Trigma does not own or manage, including any third-party service providers connected by an agreement.
When Do you Qualify for a Refund?
At Trigma, as an innovative virtual enterprise, we follow the approach to take each assignment at the final product. So, we make every attempt to reach a solution that is fully acceptable reciprocally in case of any situation where dissatisfaction occurs related to services. Only whilst matters are absolutely out of hand where refund ought to be considered.
We first try to mend the issue you’re facing. Your case will be first introduced to the technical team and then reported further to the experts.
We check for the integrity and efficacy of the refund case by applying different conditions to it. If these conditions are satisfied, a refund may apply*

Partial refund | Likewise, every web programming project has its own agreement that involves the consent of the client. In case there is no agreement and specific mention of refund policy, the following delivery policy will behold true: A partial refund will be declared as per the judgment of the service provider if the project has not been completed as per the delivery strategy. The amount will be determined by Trigma taking into account the proportion of the project completed and the proportion yet to be performed as per the pre-defined scope of the project. | |

No refund | For the time that the services have already been offered. The client has to notify our Project Manager promptly if he is not satisfied with the work at any point and ask for commitments towards discounts for the work loss. Any such negotiation at a later date will not be entertained. |
Applicability of the Delivery Policy
Note: Trigma’s delivery commitment is subject to:
– A project is not supposed to be void if the agreed-upon is clear.
– Refund policy is not applicable to Trigma if the prerequisite for the successful delivery of the project is not clearly specified. Any failure or delay caused by such situations can’t be accredited to Trigma.
– Complete information for the project has to be provided to us at the beginning of the project. Avoidance of this policy will make us liable not to follow it’s delivery or refund commitments.
– Trigma will not make any compensation for the delay of delivery unless there is an agreement signed with a penalty clause for delay in delivery.
Limitation of Liability
Trigma’s liability is restricted by the value of the portion of the project (as per our proposal) which remains incomplete at a given point of time. Trigma is not bound for losses due to the services provided/ not provided or the delay in the same at any point in time. The liability to refund holds only if the project has been dropped by the client and such cancellation has been reported to Trigma in writing.
Processing of Refunds
Refunds will be processed and mailed within 5 business days of the cancellation date and will be implemented using the same method of payment as the original (refund by check or refund to credit card).
Changes
Trigma, at any time, without prior notice and in its sole discretion, amend this policy time to time. Please review this periodically. You are expected to check the policy now and again for updates.
