AI-Powered Multi-Venue Event Experience Platform
The platform is a shared, AI-first system that powers real-time event experiences across multiple venue types: city strips, golf tours, concerts, marathons, and stadiums. It runs on a single core platform with venue-specific "Venue Packs" layered on top, so a new city or venue launches through configuration, not a rebuild.
The platform combines live event intelligence, a conversational AI concierge, and interactive 2D/3D navigation into one experience, then adds a measurable sponsor and monetization layer on top of it.
The AI-powered Las Vegas event discovery app is the first product built on the platform: a real-time app that tells tourists and locals what's happening on the Strip right now, and gets them there.

Objective
The objective was to give event operators and venues a single system to run real-time visitor experiences at scale, instead of building a one-off app per city or venue.
That meant solving three problems at once: helping visitors decide what to do in the moment, giving operators live visibility into crowds and engagement, and giving sponsors a measurable way to reach high-intent visitors. Most event and tourism apps solve one of these. Almost none solve all three on shared infrastructure that scales across venue types.
The Problem
Event discovery today is fragmented across static guides, ticketing sites, and word of mouth, and none of it works in real time.
No Real-Time Discovery
Visitors decide what to do in the moment, but existing city and venue guides are static listings that go stale the moment they're published.

No Crowd Intelligence
Operators have no live read on foot traffic, density, or trending activity, so they can't route visitors away from congestion or toward what's actually happening.

No Conversational Assistance
Search boxes and static filters force visitors to know what they're looking for. There's no assistant that understands a question like "what's good tonight" and gives a grounded answer.

No Monetization Layer
Sponsors and venues have no way to reach visitors at the moment of decision, and no measurable path from placement to click to conversion.

No Multi-Venue Scalability
Every new venue or city typically means a new build. There's no shared platform that lets a tourism board, stadium, or tour operator launch on proven infrastructure.

No Operator Visibility
Venue and event operators lack a central console to manage content, personas, and sponsors, or to see engagement and ROI across properties.

Our Approach
The platform is built around four connected layers that work together for every venue on the platform.

Discover
An AI concierge and natural-language search surface what's happening right now, personalized to the visitor's location, time, and preferences.
Navigate
Interactive 2D/3D maps with multi-modal routing (walking, indoor, shuttle) get visitors from decision to destination, with real-time updates for closures and congestion.
Understand
An event intelligence engine models foot traffic and density in real time, surfacing trending venues and predictive routing through a live "Vibe Map."
Monetize
A sponsor and advertising engine turns map placements and offers into a measurable funnel, from impression to click to redemption.
Each venue plugs into these four layers through a Venue Pack: a configuration bundle covering points of interest, branding, persona tone, schedules, and sponsor rules. Core logic stays shared. Only configuration changes per venue.

Why Venues Need a Shared Event Experience Platform
Tourism boards, stadiums, and tour operators each face the same problem: visitors need real-time answers, and operators need real-time visibility, but building that from scratch for every venue is slow and expensive.
This platform solves this once, as shared infrastructure, so any venue can launch its own AI-first visitor experience through configuration instead of a new build.
