Startup Haryana, an initiative by the Department of Industries & Commerce, Government of Haryana, empowers all stakeholders (startups, incubators, innovators, mentors, accelerators, government agencies, national & international academia) through a unified digital ecosystem. The platform centralizes funding schemes and recognition programs, enabling transparent, efficient, and paperless workflows for the state’s growing entrepreneurial community.
Objective
The core objective was to design a scalable, secure, performance-optimized web portal that would:
- Simplify the registration and approval process of startups and incubators
- Enable real-time communication between startups, incubators, and government officials
- Ensure accessibility, transparency, and accountability across all user roles
- Centralize all Haryana government startup schemes under one platform
- Provide an intuitive admin dashboard to review and approve applications
